Journaling – what a cute study buddy. i’m not sure much study was happening here, but the two of them sure had fun … a selection of beautiful fabrics for the girl’s hexagon quilt. she has constructed 44 hexagons, and has just over 450 to go! … beautiful flowers just outside my door at work. spring has arrived and it is so nice to have warmer weather once again … my stash of hexagons is growing too. i’m not counting how many i have to go. i just keep on sewing, much like dory keeps on ‘swimming’ … this week at work we practiced our fire fighting technique, emptying some fire extingishers that needed to be refilled. very fun, very noisy, and i feel a little more confident about using the extinguishers now … preparing my first hexagon quilt for quilting. it takes several hours work, but it will be worth it … sunset at work …

I like the way you have been doing the weekly layouts, it sums up the week very nicely.
