Treasure Box 10

This is my little weekly post called Treasure Box, where I share photos and links to interesting finds I have come across as I surf, just bits and pieces that catch my attention.

You might find them fun too …

Find 1 … here is something very clever …  Yiting Cheng is a Taiwanese design student living in London who has created a line of products that secretly store your valuables in plain sight. Below you can see storage in the side of a desk, and in a pile of papers. You can find a video showing more examples here … it is sneaky and fun and totally unexpected!

Find 2 … looking for some pretty storage? I like these … look, they come in green!!!

Find 3 … did your mother ever tell you to stop playing with your food? I’ve a feeling that this artist ignored his mother, and aren’t you glad that he did? I guess this is ‘food art’ … and I guess you are not allowed to finish what is ‘on your plate’ …

Find 4 … I’m sitting on the fence about this one. The book lover in me says, ‘Where the heck am I going to put my 625 books plus one green Kindle?’ Another part of me says, ‘How quirky is this? Wouldn’t a kid love this in their room?’ It would make a great feature as a wall divider … what a talking point it would be in your room! You might be interested to hear that it also comes in black, blue, green, orange, violet, white and yellow. Oh, and the manual is in English. [You need a little over AUD$20,000 to make it yours!]

Find 5 … this is a krafty pick, perhaps save it for a rainy day when you need to entertain bored kids, and let’s face it, we all have empty shoe boxes lying around that we can use, don’t we?
